Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

The barn is open Thursday - Saturday and orders will be processed on these days only. 

STORE PICKUP

The Old Barn, Unit C, Campend Farm, Old Dalkeith Road, EH22 1RS

Orders can be picked up during shop opening times Thursday - Saturday 11 - 4pm.   An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. 

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the local delivery option. Local delivery is available for addresses within 10km of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. When you select this option, we will contact you to arrange the delivery. We use a local removal company for local deliveries and delivery date/time is flexible depending on availability of both the delivery company and the customer. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The charges are based on the size and weight of the item.  Charges start from £4.50 for small items up to £49 for larger items.  If you are ordering more than 1 item, please let us know as we can combine the postage. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We do not currently offer international shipping. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery (28 days for website orders), if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.  The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@theoldbarn.net with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
