1. NEW PRODUCTS
New products, such as gifts or new homeware items from local craftspeople, can be returned within 30 days for an exchange or refund by the original payment method. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened and unused and in the original packaging. Gift vouchers and perishable items are not eligible for refunds.
2. SECOND HAND ITEMS
Second hand items, pre-loved furniture and homewares, including upcycled items, are non-returnable unless there is a fault that the buyer was not aware of at the time of purchase. If a fault is discovered the item can be returned within 30 days for a full refund by the original payment method.

** MINIMUM AGE FOR ALL WORKSHOPS IS 16 YEARS OLD. ANYONE AGED UNDER 18 YEARS OLD MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PAYING ADULT**
a. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL A WORKSHOP
We do not offer refunds however we are happy for you to transfer the ticket to someone else so that it can be used. Please advise us of any name changes in advance of the workshop.
If you contact us at least 7 days in advance of a workshop, then we can see if someone on the waiting list can attend in your place. In this instance we would offer you a full refund if someone on the waiting list takes your place.
b. OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL A WORKSHOP
On the very rare occasion that we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will give you as much notice as possible.
We reserve the right to cancel a workshop if the minimum attendance number has not been reached.
If we cancel the workshop you will be offered a full refund. Unfortunately we cannot accept liability for travel or other consequential costs.
In order to protect both our customers and our small business for the future and to keep things as fair as possible, it is necessary for us to strictly enforce our Cancellation Policy equally for all customers, regardless of circumstances, even if these are out of your control.
