Returns Policy
1. NEW PRODUCTS
New products, such as gifts or new homeware items from local craftspeople, can be returned within 14 days for an exchange or refund by the original payment method. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened and unused and in the original packaging. Gift vouchers and perishable items are not eligible for refunds.

2. SECOND HAND ITEMS
Second hand items, pre-loved furniture and homewares, including upcycled items, that have been purchased in-store are non-returnable unless there is a fault that the buyer was not aware of at the time of purchase. If a fault is discovered the item can be returned within 14 days for a full refund by the original payment method.

3. WEBSITE RETURNS
Items bought on the website can be returned within 28 days for a full refund. The customer must advise that they wish to return the item within 14 days and they then have another 14 days to return the item. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was when it was sold. Antiques and second hand furniture items often have marks and other slight defects as they are not new. We try to show details of each item in the photos on the website, but please let us know if you would like to see more photos or to receive a condition report prior to purchase.
