Come and join Caroline from Joy Revival Designs for a relaxed evening learning all the skills you need to make a beautiful eco-friendly 20cm x 20cm lampshade.

All equipment and instructions will be provided for you to create your very own lampshade which can be hung from the ceiling or used as side lamp.

Fabric for your lampshade is provided. You will get a choice of beautiful materials, many of which are vintage fabrics or stunning African wax prints. These are often bold and vibrant, making a gorgeous statement lampshade. If you would like to bring your own fabric, this is not a problem but please get in touch and let us know so I can give you more information including recommended fabrics types and dimensions.

The ethos of Joy Revival Design is to create beautiful items that are kind to the planet and with this in mind I strive to use more sustainable materials to make my products. This is also the case with the lampshades you will create. All lining materials are environmentally friendly rather than the usual PVC plastic lining, and all fabrics used to cover the lampshades are made from natural fibres.

Come along for a fun evening creating a lovely lampshade for yourself or perhaps a gift to give.

Tea, coffee and cake is also included!

If you need to cancel a workshop

We do not offer refunds however we are happy for you to transfer the ticket to someone else so that it can be used. Please advise us of any name changes in advance of the workshop.

If you contact us at least 7 days in advance of a workshop, then we can see if someone on the waiting list can attend in your place. In this instance we would offer you a full refund if someone on the waiting list takes your place.

Our right to cancel a workshop

On the very rare occasion that we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will give you as much notice as possible.

We reserve the right to cancel a workshop if the minimum attendance number has not been reached.

If we cancel the workshop you will be offered a full refund. Unfortunately we cannot accept liability for travel or other consequential costs.
