Come and join Paula for a morning of modern upholstery. During this workshop, you will be introduced to some of the skills involved in creating a fabulous footstool from scratch. You will be taught the modern techniques to complete your unique, and undoubtedly gorgeous, footstool to take home and show off. Suitable for beginners.

This workshop will give you the skills you need to undertake further projects at home, including chair seat pads and other footstools.

You need to bring 0.6m of your chosen fabric.

The workshop is run by Paula Graham of Porcupine Upholstery. She has been keeping chairs and footstools from landfill for 10 years, having completed an AMUSF accredited diploma in 2016.

If you need to cancel a workshop

We do not offer refunds however we are happy for you to transfer the ticket to someone else so that it can be used. Please advise us of any name changes in advance of the workshop.

If you contact us at least 7 days in advance of a workshop, then we can see if someone on the waiting list can attend in your place. In this instance we would offer you a full refund if someone on the waiting list takes your place.

Our right to cancel a workshop

On the very rare occasion that we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will give you as much notice as possible.

We reserve the right to cancel a workshop if the minimum attendance number has not been reached.

If we cancel the workshop you will be offered a full refund. Unfortunately we cannot accept liability for travel or other consequential costs.
