Join Artist Tessa Asquith-Lamb for a lovely afternoon of creating and drawing based around the zig-zag sketchbook.
We will first create a small sketchbook with a zig-zag of papers between boards covered in your choice of lovely papers, then add sketches based on flowers and plants in mixed media and collage to create a beautiful artist's book that can be displayed in a variety of ways. You can continue to add to your sketchbook long after the class has finished and keep it as a record of your sketching journey.
This workshop is perfect for beginners as Tessa will guide you and demonstrate each stage of the process, whilst showing examples of her own work as inspiration. Even if you haven't done any sketching or drawing for years, you will reignite your creativity with this class. More experienced people will learn new techniques to add to their artistic skill set.
