Come and learn some new woodwork skills and take home your very own wooden stool. This workshop guides you step-by-step through the process of making a stool from wood. Can also be used as a small table or plant stand. Perfect to keep for yourself or to give as a gift.

You will learn beginners woodwork skills including health and safety, wood preparation, measuring and cutting, drilling technique, countersinking, joining wood with screws and finishing your piece.

Only 6 places in this workshop to enable everyone to get as much help as you need.

All materials and tools are included along with tea, coffee and homemade cakes.

If you need to cancel a workshop

We do not offer refunds however we are happy for you to transfer the ticket to someone else so that it can be used. Please advise us of any name changes in advance of the workshop.

If you contact us at least 7 days in advance of a workshop, then we can see if someone on the waiting list can attend in your place. In this instance we would offer you a full refund if someone on the waiting list takes your place.

Our right to cancel a workshop

On the very rare occasion that we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will give you as much notice as possible.

We reserve the right to cancel a workshop if the minimum attendance number has not been reached.

If we cancel the workshop you will be offered a full refund. Unfortunately we cannot accept liability for travel or other consequential costs.
